1 This is the Suzuki B-King. Creatively label the Ultimate Street Bike
It was first shown at the 2001 Tokyo Motor show as concept hence on this page. 

Known specs include a Hayabusa Engine.  At this point there is no solid info on wether it is a de-tuned as with all other naked bikes.  In fact not much info except a supposed release date of August 2007.
