Here's a quick comparison between the current 2009 120 series Toyota Prado the 2010 150 series Toyota Land Cruiser Prado specifications.  These are 5 door comparisons.  The model code is KDJ150R.

The new model will replace the existing one in November or December this year.  Expect a global release by April 2010.  They claim that the 5 door and 3 door versions will be available in most countries except for North America.

There are a lot of similarities between the old and new models.  In fact you can probably see many  of the same parts or slightly modified.
