I put this page up so that you can compare the LandCruiser Prado to the Lexus GX 470. Warning - you may be seeing double - because both the Prado and GX are based on the same body and platform. It can be assumed that Toyota designed the basics with both brands in mind. The main difference between the 2 models is the V8 engine in the Lexus GX. Lexus has only one version (at time of writing) and it comes with almost everything. Strangely there are options like Mark Levinson entertainment system and the latest Kinetic suspension system. Minor differences includes some exterior changes however
it is limited to the bonnet and the bumpers. The exterior tyre holder is
also missing moved to where the Prado extended range fuel tank is located.

In terms of drive system its probably the same - so it's got all the various traction aids and of cause presumably the same characteristics as the top range Prado Grande. There are also quite a few new interior equipment upgrades compared to the even the top range Prado. Nice if you can get one! Note that specifications will change according to
the trim models available and additional or less accessories. You
should check the official Lexus website for your country for the
most up to date information.
